“Kalugaglavsnab” is one of the leading organizations which is a part of “Tashir Group Companies”.

“Kalugaglavsnab” is a business structure which executes wholesale supplies of different types of goods and materials: from consumer goods to equipments for oil and gas producing enterprises.

Since 1965 the guidance of “Kalugasnab” has been carrying out a logistical support to industrial and building organizations of Kaluga Oblast.

Since 1988 “Kalugaglavsnab” is the main territorial administration of the USSR State Logistics Committee .The company supplied with materials and equipments over 450 enterprises and undertakings of Kaluga Oblast and obtained the products of material and technical purposes from over 1000 both Russian and Foreign suppliers.

In 1992 the public enterprise was reformed to a join-stock company “Trading and intermediary company of Kaluga”, abbreviated to OJSC “Kalugaglavsnab”.

The company started making a progress when it was headed by Samvel Karapetyan. In 1997 he became the president of OJSC “Kalugaglavsnab” and took critical measures for developing the traditional directions of business, a wholesale trade, above all. The company considerably broadened the volume of supplies to the organizations of all types of ownership. The foodstuffs trade became a priority area.

In 1999 OJSC “Kalugaglavsnab” became a leading founder of the “Tashir Group Companies”.

Tashir Group is a Russian holding. As of today it unites more than 200 companies of different kind of business with over 30 thousand employees.

The basis of Tashir Group business is a development of commercial property. According to the beginning of 2011 data, Tashir group built and ran more than 600 projects of commercial, office, hotel and ware house properties with total area of over 1 million 200 thousand square meters.

There are 15 shopping and recreation centers in Moscow, Yaroslavl, Kaluga, Kolomna, Tula, Yerevan. Including: Moscow “Rio” shopping malls in Dmitrovskoe shosse, Leningradskoe shosse, Sevastopolsky prospect and in Reutov, Erevan Plaza shopping center on Bolshaya Tulskaya Street, business-centers Gazoil Plaza on Namyotkina Street and Napmen Club in Podkolokolny Lane, where at present the head office is situated, and also a range of regional projects, 7 business-centers in total.

12 shopping centers and a business-center are under construction, 10 shopping malls are being projected.

Tashir Group develops the retail business: a chain of restaurants and fast-foods, DIY hypermarkets, cinemas and entertaining centers for children, clothing stores, drugstores, perfume’s shops.

A fast-moving progress of real-estate development projects is based on a firm foundation of own production, building and operation. The whole cycle, from projecting, building to supplying, renting the project and its further running is implemented by “Tashir Group Companies”.

The “Yamal” megaproject: the construction of the gas trunk-line system “Bovanenkovo-Ukhta”, also the gas-compressor station “Bobrovskaya” of the gas pipeline SRTO-Ural, the gas-compressor station “Yamburgskaya”, the reconstruction of the gas pipeline KGMO-1 in the region of KS Noginsk- KS Yakhroma of Moscow Oblast, Gazoprovod Village - is operated by JSC “Kalugaglavsnab”, “Specgazstroy” Ltd., “Neftegazstroy” Ltd., “Gazstroy” Ltd. in Moscow, “Promstroymontaj” Ltd. in Yaroslavl and many others.

One of the most important activities of JSC “Kalugaglavsnab”, besides supply and trade, is a creating new projects and its expansion.

The main emphasis is on the projects of long duration – firm and capital-intensive.

In 2002 JCS “Kalugaglavsnab” founded “Kalugaglavsnabstroy” builder, which carries out the construction of industrial buildings, residential units, office blocks, shopping malls, roads, power lines and other formations. “Samostroy-realtor” closed company, also founded by JSC “Kalugaglavsnab”, provides with the exploitation of new building projects, investment and realization of flats and office blocks.

During the same period in the shortest possible time the production of plastic and aluminum stained glasses was organized, also windows and doors, both for the own constructions and realization. “Okno-service” Ltd. was founded for this aim. The own production of foodstuffs “Molochniy mir” Ltd. operates in order to supply the trading network and catering.

The company operates the capital spending project at the cost of 10 million $ on the Peritus factory of faced tile and ornamental stone construction in Kaluga.

The Peritus production is the trade name of Star Stone LLC Company, USA. The factory has no counterparts in Russia.

The manufacturing line of the faced tile 100x100x0,8 production with a productivity rate of 100 thousand sq. m. per moth for floor and walls is exploited.

The equipment assembly of WP Digital Company (Switzerland) was carried out for the printing line.

Cefla Finishing Group (Italy) executed the assembly of coating line.

At present time JSC “Kalugaglavsnab” exercises the providing with the following main activities – building materials and concrete goods; electrical equipment; machining facility and bearing; tools and fire fighting equipment; chemicals and paint coatings; working clothes, special shoes and ancillary materials; paper products and office supplies.

The company collaborates with about 1000 suppliers in the all regions of Russia and former Soviet Union, operating the listed activities above. As a result of a significant increase of the own building, JSC “Kalugaglavsnab” discharges the function of the single source provider for “Tashir Group companies”, providing with all the necessary materials. At the same time in the subdivisions, which exercise the supplies, the internal tender is widely used.
